Responsibilities:

  • Develop real estate research reports, including property valuation, market research, project feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to derive insights and analysis of product usage and gaps.
  • Write high-quality narrative reports on research findings.
  • Work on a variety of real estate research assignments in the GCC countries.
  • Possess a workable understanding of technology, design, and data.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Lead and motivate a team, providing product vision.
  • Actively engage in various aspects of research and advisory projects.
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be an add-on.

Must-Have:

  • Graduate + MBA or any other suitable Master’s degree holder.
  • Previous experience in an established Real Estate Research/IPC firm.
  • Proven ability to develop real estate research reports.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Good-to-Have:

  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and actively engage in various aspects of research and advisory projects.
  • Knowledge of Arabic.

Experience Level: 7 to 15 years
