  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively seek new key accounts.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM applications to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend business meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as marketing, sales, or business administration (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully close transactions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute intricate sales plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Certification in key account management or sales (such as KAM or KAM-I) is advantageous.
