Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively seek new key accounts.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify market opportunities.
- Utilize CRM applications to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend business meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as marketing, sales, or business administration (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully close transactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute intricate sales plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Certification in key account management or sales (such as KAM or KAM-I) is advantageous.
